✅ Eligibility Criteria — Who Can Apply?
All of the following conditions must be met simultaneously. Meeting some but not all will result in rejection:
You must be a citizen of one of the five eligible countries: Bosnia & Herzegovina, Montenegro, Kosovo, North Macedonia, or Serbia. Albanian citizens are not eligible for this call.
You must be enrolled or applying for a full-time Master’s program at a recognized Slovenian university in one of the officially selected fields listed above. Distance learning is not eligible.
Your age must be strictly under 28 years on the reference date of 1 October 2026. If you turn 28 on or before that date, you are not eligible for this call.
Your average grade in previous studies must be at least 8.0 on the applicable grading scale. You must also include a grading scale explanation in your application so evaluators can assess your score correctly.
By the application deadline, you must either have a registered temporary residence in Slovenia, OR provide a valid Power of Attorney granted to a person residing in Slovenia who can submit your application on your behalf. During your studies (from 1 Oct 2026), you must reside in Slovenia.
As per the official call conditions, you must not be currently employed, must not be receiving another scholarship or parallel financial support for the same period, and must be enrolled in regular (not distance) studies.

🖊️ How to Apply — Step-by-Step (Offline Submission Only)
Critical: Email Submission is NOT Accepted
Applications submitted via email will not be considered. Submission must be done by post (registered/trackable mail) or in-person at the SRIPS Fund office.
First confirm your admission or enrolment at a recognized Slovenian university in one of the eligible fields. Your enrolment certificate or admission letter is a mandatory document in your application file.
If you are already in Slovenia, prepare proof of your registered temporary residence. If you are outside Slovenia, you must issue a valid Power of Attorney to a reliable person residing in Slovenia who can submit your application on your behalf.
Compile all required documents. Ensure academic transcripts include a grading scale explanation. Arrange official translations for any documents in Cyrillic or non-Latin script. Originals should be originals — not photocopies where specified.
Write clearly on the envelope: “for the 380th public call”. Missing this marking on the envelope is a known mistake that can cause processing issues — do not overlook this step.
